We'll arrange to visit your site and discuss your plans. At this stage, we'll ask plenty of questions to get an overall sense of the scope of your project. We'll take the time to listen to your wants, needs and wishes. Then we'll devise a plan to reach your goals. We'll make suggestions. Sometimes we'll pose new ideas that you hadn't considered.
We'll look over any plans or drawings you may have. If your project calls for it, we'll develop detailed drawings of our own and present you with a detailed bid that outlines the project in its entirety.
When you accept our bid for the project, the fun begins. First we'll acquire any necessary permits for the work we've outlined. We'll also set a date to begin work. Depending on the project, the next steps could include:
We'll also help you with all the decisions you'll need to make along the way including outlet locations, fixtures, colors, appliances, cabinetry, countertops, flooring and much more. We take a proactive approach, making suggestions at every step to keep the project moving forward.
Communication is extremely important to us at Cassel Building. Our goal is to keep you informed throughout the project so you never feel out of the loop. We'll contact you for decisions, large and small. We'll also keep you up to date on our progress and answer any questions you have along the way. We'll talk with you onsite, or communicate through phone calls or email. We can even text you on your cell phone if this is more convenient for you.
